Self Defense


Self-Defense is a modified martial arts program run by an accomplished Black Belt in several disciplines. Through the use of gross motor control, coordination and fitness, individuals practice formal patterns and movements based in traditional martial arts while concentrating on key components of self-defense such as: confidence, respect and self-esteem.

When: Fridays, 9:30am - 10:30am, 10:30am - 11:30am
Where: Earl Bales CC, Bathurst & Sheppard
